Our Mission

Our Employment Law Group is ready to assist you in all of your employment needs outside the unionized context. What makes us unique is the relationships we build with our clients. We want to be there for you when you need us, now and for years to come. All members of our Employment Law Group can provide a full range of employment related legal assistance. We welcome the opportunity to provide timely legal and human resource services on an as needed basis, a full range of employment related documents and comprehensive litigation services. If you are an individual, we can provide representation and assistance in every aspect of your employment, including, if necessary, a difficult employment situation or severing ties with your employer. We offer affordable consultation fees to clients in need of our assistance.

How we can help

Members of our group represent clients in issues surrounding:
  • hiring
  • discipline
  • termination/constructive dismissal
  • disability
  • workplace harassment
  • human rights
  • human resources policies and manuals
  • employment related contracts
  • statutory complaints
  • legal and regulatory compliance
  • civil litigation
  • health & safety
  • pension and benefits
  • employment related tax matters
  • compensation issues and restructuring
As well, we frequently represent clients with complex issues occurring within the corporate and partnership realms, including restructuring and reorganization. Members of our team come from a background of commercial and employment litigation and are therefore well equipped to handle your needs when they diverge into issues involving director and officer liability, director errors and omissions, as well as shareholder issues in the context of employment or partnership relationships.
