Alternative Dispute Resolution
We have recognized that the historic, confrontational, adjudicative model of decision-making, most often used in Courts and by arbitrators is not the most timely or cost-effective. The 90s taught our clients that alternate strategies are needed for the well-being of their businesses and we, as lawyers, had to adapt and provide alternate mechanisms for conflict management. Following re-education and certification, our senior lawyers are trained and are now experienced to assist clients in identifying, selecting and implementing appropriate dispute resolution techniques which may range from facilitation, mediation, conciliation, fact-finding or, if truly necessary, to adjudication by an arbitrator or judge.
