We are pleased to advise that all judicial and regulatory consents and
approvals have been received for distribution of the surplus from the Pension
Plan. We have been advised by the Plan actuary that all surplus shares have
been paid out in accordance with these consents and approvals.
If you have not received your surplus payment or have a question regarding the
quantum or manner of distribution, please contact the Plan actuary who is
