BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 1964
If you are on this list of
members of the I.B.E.W., Local 1964, you are entitled to a refund of part of
your union dues. A Court
Order was issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice at Osgoode
Hall on Monday, February 3, 2003 approving a plan of distribution of the
remaining assets of Local 1964.
The distribution plan involves the distribution of approximately $75,000.00 to
76 individuals who were members of Local 1964 during the lock-out of 1987, who
have not already received compensation, on a pro-rata basis, following the
payment of all legal fees, disbursements and accounting fees in relation to the
