This website has been developed by Koskie Minsky LLP
for the exclusive use of former members of the Famous Players Salaried
Employees' Pension Plan who are entitled to share in a proposed wind up of the
Plan and distribution of surplus funds remaining in the Plan upon its wind up.
We have developed this web site to provide general information on issues
affecting you in connection with the Company's proposal. This site is not
designed to answer specific questions about individual situations or
entitlements. The information provided on these pages is not legal advice or a
substitute therefore. The contents of this site are subject to solicitor-client
privilege and all rights to that privilege are expressly claimed and not
waived.
The Plan administrator has advised us that final surplus calculations have
been finalized and surplus sharing payments were processed by RBC Dexia on
December 14, 2007. Payments have been made to those members who elected
to receive their share of the surplus by direct deposit, and cheques have
been mailed to all other members.
Copies of past mailings as well as other relevant documents relating to the
Court proceeding are available for viewing by clicking
here or on the "Documents" button in the tab to the left.
