EMPLOYEES ON LONG-TERM DISABILITY
We filed a claim on behalf of employees who were disabled and receiving LTD
benefits when Eaton's become insolvent in August 1999. After lengthy
negotiations with the Liquidator, these claims have been accepted in full or
otherwise settled with Richter and dividend cheques have been released to all
LTD employees.
We correspond directly with LTD employees in respect of these claims. If you
