On August 27, 1999, Mr. Justice Farley of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
appointed Carmen Siciliano as the representative of all present and former
employees of Eaton's in its insolvency proceedings and Koskie
Minsky LLP as the employee's representative counsel. We represent
approximately 30,000 Eaton's employees and retirees across Canada pursuant to
that court order.
