Ron Lebi is an experienced labour lawyer, an administrative law practitioner and the Koskie Minsky Director of Research. He appears frequently before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and Ontario's Divisional Court.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Ron acted for many years as Senior Solicitor at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. In that capacity, he provided legal counsel and policy advice to adjudicators and staff on a wide range of issues related to more than a dozen statutes administered by the Board. Ron has extensive experience in judicial review matters and has appeared on more than 200 such cases at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Ron has been a member of the part-time faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School and an editor of Ontario Labour Relations Board Law & Practice (3d) and the OLRB Reports. He is the author of "Taking the Labour Board to Court", published in The Advocates Quarterly, and co-author of "The Decline in Trade Union Representation in Ontario", published in the Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal. Ron writes and edits Talking Union, the Koskie Minsky newsletter highlighting matters of interest to the labour relations community.
