Mark Zigler

Managing Partner

Mark Zigler is the managing partner of Koskie Minsky and a senior partner in the Pensions and Benefits Group. He also chairs the firm's class action committee. 

Mark advises trustees of pension and benefit trust funds and has acted as counsel in many high profile cases across Canada involving pension plans and benefits. He is the co-editor and author of Employee Benefits in Canada, now in its 3rd edition, and senior editor of the IFEBP Canadian Legal & Legislative Reporter.

Mark has consistently been recognized as a leading practitioner in the field by both the Lexpert organization and Best Lawyers in Canada. In 2008 and 2009 he has been selected to the Lexpert/The American Lawyer Guide to The Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada.
