Damon Stoddard

Associate

Damon Stoddard is an associate in the Koskie Minsky Litigation Group.

Damon’s practice focuses primarily on construction law and related civil and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in litigation with respect to: bankruptcy and insolvency matters, employment law, real estate law, personal injuries, tax law, trade-mark infringement and commercial contracts.

Damon received a Master’s of Law from McGill University in 2007, where he completed a thesis with respect to data protection in the pharmaceutical industry. He received his Bachelor of Laws in 2003 from the University of Victoria, where he was the recipient of numerous mooting prizes. Prior to law school, Damon completed a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biochemistry at McGill University.
