Clio M. Godkewitsch

Clio M. Godkewitsch is an associate with the Koskie Minsky Pension and Benefits Group. She provides advice and representation to clients on a range of pensions, benefits, as well as employment matters.

Clio is experienced in written and oral advocacy, and has appeared before numerous tribunals and all levels of court in Ontario in proceedings on behalf of individuals and groups of employees and pensioners. She has acted as co-counsel in a number of pension and benefit class actions and regulatory proceedings.

Clio is the editor of the Legal & Legislative Reporter, part of the Canadian Benefits & Compensation Digest, published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, as well as a regular contributor to other publications.
