Carolyn Janusz

Carolyn Janusz is a member of the Labour Group at Koskie Minsky.
Carolyn completed her articles at Koskie Minsky before joining the Labour Group as an associate lawyer following her call to the Bar in June, 2009. She works with other lawyers in the group to provide advice and representation to workers in respect of a wide variety of labour and employment matters, including labour board proceedings, grievance arbitration and workplace safety and insurance.
Carolyn received her Bachelors of Law from the University of Western Ontario. While in law school, Carolyn gained a varied experience in Canadian and International Labour Law issues. She was part of a Pro Bono Students Canada research team that provided research and advice to employers respecting the duty to accommodate employees with disabilities. As an intern at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, Switzerland she worked with a team to prepare the 2007 Global Report Equality at Work: Tackling the Challenges. Carolyn was a participant in the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s Labour Law Co-Op Program, where she represented the Ministry of Labour in Occupational Health & Safety and Employment Standards Matters and conducted legal research for the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Carolyn is fluent in French and has a conversational command of Spanish.
