Jonathan Ptak to speak at OBA Insurance Law conference

Jonathan Ptak will be joining a panel to speak about "Claims Against Home Inspectors" at the upcoming Ontario Bar Association Insurance Law conference on February 16, 2010.

This event, entitled "The Insured Professional", will provide an overview of issues that arise in claims against various insured professionals, how to win those claims and what are effective defenses.
